Artist's Comments

My family and I took a little trip to 'Sletterhage' this evening. This was taken 1-2 hours before sunset.
Unfortunately, we went home just before sunset so I didn't get any shots of that. Well, I forgot my extra memory cards at home anyway.
When my parents/brother saw it they were like 'wow what did you do to this picture?' and I just said 'nothing'. Hehe, long exposure is a mystery. :D

Somehow the sky got all pink and I don't know why. It was more like yellowish in reality. I like it nonetheless and hope you do too.

Converted from RAW to tiff in Olympus Master where I boosted the contrast a little and brightened it slightly. In Photoshop I added a little sharpening and boosted the contrast a little bit more.

Filters used: Heliopan cir. Polarizer, Hoya ND8, Cokin P120 and P121. Shutter: 1,6 sec

You definitely have to submit more!
This one is very beautiful (with the water looking all milky and foggy).
Like it a lot! :)

I will, I will.
The water, yes...that's what people don't understand. They all think it's manipulated.
Thank you! :)
